Purpose:. To market our products and services through, for example, newsletters, publications and events. Legal basis:. FenoMark Diagnostics’ legitimate interest in marketing its products and services (Legitimate interest). Storage period:. As long as we have a business relationship or until you opt out.
Purpose: To manage our business relationship with you. Legal basis: FenoMark Diagnostics’ legitimate interest in maintaining and managing its business relationships (Legitimate interest). Storage period: As long as we have a business relationship with you or the company you represent.
Purpose: To manage job applications, meaning that we evaluate your skills and your potential of obtaining employment at FenoMark Diagnostics and, if applicable, to offer you employment and enter into an employment agreement with you. Legal basis: The processing is necessary for the purposes of FenoMark Diagnostics’ legitimate interest of recruiting new employees (Legitimate interest). Storage period: FenoMark Diagnostics stores and processes your personal data in order to evaluate your skills and potential of obtaining employment at FenoMark Diagnostics until the position you applied for has been filled. If you have applied for a position that has not been explicitly announced for, we store your application until we have been able to evaluate your potential to – within a reasonable future, but no longer than 3 years – to – obtain employment at FenoMark Diagnostics.
Purpose: To comply with legal obligations. Legal basis: To comply with legal obligations such as accounting and taxation legislation applicable to FenoMark Diagnostics (Legal obligation). Storage period: As long as prescribed by law.
Purpose: For the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure. Legal basis: FenoMark Diagnostics’ legitimate interest in establishing, exercising or defending any legal claims (Legitimate interest). Storage period: Information that is relevant for any legal claim is kept for as long as such claim can be made in accordance with applicable legislation, e.g. two (2) years for job applications subject to the Swedish discrimination act and ten (10) years for any personal data related to FenoMark Diagnostic’ rights or obligations subject to the Swedish statute of limitations.

We strive to process all your data inside EU/EEA. However, some of FenoMark Diagnostics’ IT providers may operate outside EU/EEA. This only applies that you have provided to us and that is based on your consent or the performance of a contract. It also gives you the right to request that we transmit this data directly to another controller, where possible.
The right to object. The right to object gives you the right to, at any time, object to processing of your personal data on grounds relating to his or her particular situation. This right applies where the processing is based upon on the legal bases public interest in article 6.1 e) or legitimate interests in article 6.1 f) GDPR. Unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for continuing the processing, we will cease the processing when you object.
You may also object to processing of personal data for marketing purposes. When we receive an objection to processing for direct marketing, we will not process your personal data for this purpose.
Right to lodge a complaint. You have a right to lodge a complaint regarding our processing of your data with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Box 8114, SE-104 20 Stockholm, Sweden, or with your own national data protection authority. No automated decision-making
Your personal data will not be subject to any automated decision-making for any data processing activities described in this privacy policy.
Provision of personal data
The provision of personal data to us envisaged in this privacy policy is not a statutory or contractual requirement under any contract to which you are party. Furthermore, you are not obliged to provide the personal data. However, failure to provide personal data may make it impossible for us to consider your job application or cooperate with the organization you represent.

FenoMark Diagnostics reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time.
